Now before I start to worry, I ask myself:
1. Can I control it(the thing I'm worrying about)?
2. If I can, what can I do about it?
3. If I can't there's no use worrying.
I know I'm vague about my posts. I'm just too lazy to go into detail. But that little principle is a focus right now-when things go awry and suddenly the earth seems to shift beneath your feet. And it is so helpful I thought I'd share it with other worry-warts out there.
I'm going to turn 21 soon. Yay. Apparently, great things happen in your 21st year. Or so I choose to believe.

I am one of the worry-warts too :P But I rememmber jon telling me about the 3 points that you wrote in your post and it really did help me to not worry unnecessarily. So yah.. great post la ~
